MAZUNDA URGES EVANGELISTS TO FEED THE WORLD WITH SPIRITUAL FOOD.

Evangelists and all Christians at Dickson Seventh-day Adventist Church in Malingunde district,Lilongwe, have been advised to take part in evangelism since the world lacks spiritual food.

The appeal was made by the Central Malawi Conference personal ministries Associate Director, Evangelist Amos Mazunda on Sabbath 16th March 2024.

In his sermon ,reading from Amos 8:11, 12 and 2 Kings 6:25-28 , Evangelist Mazunda said currently people are thirsty for the word of God yet Adventists have abundant spiritual food in stock.

He encouraged church departments to embrace outreach programs as exemplified by Christ in Mark 6:34-38. He further warned that Adventists should guide people in explanation of the scriptures .

"Don't let people buy foodstuffs on their own. They will buy bad food " added Mazunda.

In conclusion, he said remaining silent while keeping good news will yield nothing.

Evangelist Mazunda was meeting Malingunde lay preachers ahead of evangelistic meetings scheduled this year in the Sub district of Malingunde district, Dickson.

Malingunde district is considered as one of the unentered areas in as far as adventism is concerned.

In his remarks, the District Pastor, Nosten Nkolimbo said the personal ministries department is geared to train more Evangelists to ease the spreading of the word of God.
