KACHERE CHURCH ADDS 183 SOULS TO CHRIST




An evangelistic crusade at Kachere Church has added 183 souls to Christ.


The crusade which started on the 16th of October,2022 and ended on the 29th of October,2022, took place at Kasankha village in the traditional authority Kaomba in Kasungu District.


Main speaker to the crusade was Dr.Ernest Kaonga from South Malawi Conference. Kaonga preached for one week and left the battle field for pastor Masauko Ghanamba who had his two nights and then came pastor Shadreck Msuka from South Malawi Conference who also preached two nights.Then came again Dr.Kaonga who finished the remaining three nights.


Kasungu Radio station broadcasted live the entire crusade for two weeks covering areas like Kasungu,some parts of Mzimba, Nkhota-Kota, Dowa,Salima and Zambia.


Doctor Ernest Kaonga who also assisted the crusade greatly, thanked God for the well organised crusade.


" I thank God for the crusade, am happy many people have surrendered their lives to God and extremely happy that two Children from the senior group head Kasankha have accepted Christ as their personal saviour and it is my hope that the head herself will follow suit." Said Kaonga.



Pastor Moses Mpinganjira who is the District pastor thanked the visiting team for sacrificing their time for God's work at Kachere,


" I am happy that the three evangelists have spared their time here for God's work. I also thank the supporting team who also came from Blantyre for several assignments ranging from visitation, prayer Band, Health lessons just to mention a few." Said Mpinganjira.


Pastor Mpinganjira also thanked the guest of honour, the Central Malawi Conference President pastor John Phiri who attended the effort on the sabbath day.


The President who came alongside the Shepherdess, thanked Kachere Church for the big crusade.


" I would like to thank Kachere Church for this wonderful crusade, and the visitors who came all the way from the South Malawi Conference,I thank the newly baptised team for joining God's family.Let's continue working for the Lord until Christ comes." Said the President.


On her part Senior group headwoman Kasankha was delighted for the crusade


" I thank Seventh day Adventist church for the crusade. I personally have benefitted alot since i was attending every night and no wonder my two Children have joined you." Said the head Woman whose house and compound was the venue for the crusade.


The crusade's awareness was done by the entire church which was led by Adventist Youth Brass Band from Lilongwe and on the closing day, Upcoming kids from Maranatha pvt school in Blantyre and Namasalima singers from Mulanje spiced up the day.
