THE GOD I NEVER KNEW, GOD OF HEIRS AND HAIRS

With a call for all to know the God they never knew as a God of all creation, The Central Malawi Conference President Pastor John A.G.Phiri closed a one-week Stewardship Seminar at Dzenza SDA Church on 9th December, 2023. The Pastor emphasised the need for all to cry to God as the Almighty cares even for those who have failed Him. He added that simple faith and plain truth are needed in this end time if we are to live peacefully. Refering to Hosea 4:6, Ps Phiri said, " Our greatest need today is to know God." He said that people are dying because of ignorance which brings fear. In his sermon, Pastor Phiri warned the church on the devil's tactics of using conspiracy, deception and discrediting theories in attacking the church. The CMC President told the church that offerings are a language of worship before God. He encouraged the church members to return to God what belongs to Him. The president congratulated all the church members for their unity and visionary plans the church has. Elder Cornwell Chisale, the First Elder spoke on behalf of the District pastor. He thanked Pastor Phiri for all the teachings which were also reviving to the church members. The closing ceremony was graced by three CMC directors; Pastor Ernest Mwale, Pastor Hendrix Kalima and Madame Grace Mazunda representing Ministerial, Publishing, Women, Children and Communication Departments respectively.
