BUNDA CHRISTIANS URGED TO KEEP FAITH.

Bunda District campmeeting was opened on Sunday,11th August,2024 at Mitundu SDA Church by Pastor Prince Mhone with a call to the campers to keep their faith.

He reminded the congregats that Jesus is coming again soon. Using Luke 18:1-8, Pastor Mhone encouraged the church to pray and not lose heart.

Pastor Mhone also urged those chosen in church positions that God has entrusted them to care for others and not to oppress them. He challenged the congregation to use their talents and resources to witness.

Pastor Mhone reminded those in the campmeeting to return their tithes and be blessed by God.

" How many times have we strayed from God because we think God is not seeing us? How many times have we been Christians because our faith relies on what we see? " Pastor Mhone questioned.

He requested the church members to emulate the example of the poor widow who persistently went to the king seeking justice.

" Because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she wears me," Pastor Mhone quoted.

The widow received justice because of her persistence. Then the pastor advised the congregation to go to Jesus with their problems in faith persistently and they will be assisted by God.

Finally, Pastor Mhone encouraged church members to trust God.
