CHILINDE SDA DISTRICT CHURCH MEMBERS URGED TO SEARCH FOR LOST SOULS

Chilinde Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church Members have been urged to strive in searching for lost souls if the church is to achieve meaningful and sustainable growth.

The call was made by Pastor Petro Sukali on Sabbath October 7, 2023 at Chilinde SDA Church during the end of this year’s Camp meeting which started on October 3 held under the theme “I will go” aimed at empowering the church members to go and search for the lost souls and prepare them for the soon return of Jesus Christ.

“I urge you to stop conforming to the sins of this world but instead go and search for the lost souls for them to prepare for the advent of Jesus Christ,” Sukali explained.

In his remarks chairperson for 2023 Chilinde SDA District church Camp meeting committee elder Y. Banda commended all Pastors who were invited for their powerful messages which made the meeting so successful and memorable.

The camp meeting was also characterized by child dedication program which was conducted by Pastor Andrew Mangulenje who emphasized that child dedication was not to be mistaken for baptism as is the case in other churches that baptize kids.

Among the dignitaries to the camp meeting were Pastor Dingani Mfune, Petro Sukali, Andrew Mangulenge, Hennry Kamchanda and the Host Pastor Wellington Thawatha.
