BUILD YOUR CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE: CMC LAUNCHES PCM.

Adventist students in public colleges and universities have been challenged to have an impact as they minister to fellow students in their respective campuses. This call was made on 25th November, 2023 at Bunda Campus of Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources(LUANAR) when Youth Ministries Department Director of Central Malawi Conference Pastor Joshua B. Zilinde led the launch of Public Campus Ministry (PCM). Prof. Timothy Gondwe, PCM Coordinator for CMC gave an overview of how this ministry operates under the Senior Youth Club of the Adventist Youth Department. He emphasised that PCM complements what SDA Clubs have been doing with emphasis on evangelism. The guest of honour on this launch was Pastor Horace Nyirenda, Malawi Union Conference Youth Ministries Director. He advised the SDA students to be the first ones to be changed and transformed before they impact and influence others in their circle of influence with the Jesus, the light of the world.

His sermon was from Matthew 5:14-16. He also appealed to our SDA adults in colleges and universities to understand their mission as agents of change in spreading the everlasting gospel to the world. In his closing remarks CMC Youth Ministries Evangelism Coordinator, Roger Mushamavu appealed to the Adventist students to continue reaching out to every student in their campuses with the message of hope.
