Go 150 is an evangelistic outreach program which Central Malawi Conference has introduced as part of the her implementation of the Reach out with God initiative proposed and promoted by the General Conference worldwide during this quinquennium. Under this initiative we are targeting six least entered political districts of Central Region, vis: Dowa, Ntchisi, Nkhotakota, Kasungu, Lilongwe rural and Mchinji.

We are conducting a minimum of 25 public evangelistic campaigns in each of those target districts annually for the next four years, a minimum total of 150 campaigns every year for the next four years. Our ultimate goal is to conduct a minimum of 100 public evangelistic campaigns at the end of four years in each of those targeted areas and possibly plant churches.

This is an ongoing program. Initiated some years ago by the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and now part of Adventist Mission , the program gives opportunity to lay members of the church to participate in evangelistic outreach activities and church planting.

Under this program volunteer members of the church are sent to places where there is no Adventist presence or what we call unentered areas for a period of 1 to 2 years or 3 years depending on the volunteer and the needs of the concerned area. Their duty is to give bible studies and conduct public evangelistic campaigns, develop relations with the people of the area with the goal of establishing new congregations or planting new churches in those respective areas.

Our greatest need here are finances to run this program. We have many people volunteering and willing to go wherever we want them to go but we are limited because of funds. We provide these volunteers with some stipend for their basic needs as they serve in their respective assigned territories. Currently we have 20 Global Mission pioneers.
